We greatly encourage you to fly into Charleston International Airport and escort your new precious baby home on the airplane.  We are flexible and able to meet you at the airport almost anytime! However, if this is impossible for you, we do offer shipping in the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  The shipping options from April through October are extremely limited due to the weather restrictions involved with shipping Persians. Again, we greatly encourage you to consider flying in to pick up your new baby. Do keep in mind, with the shipping rates for pets increasing recently, the price of a flight in to pick up your baby is very comparable to the price of shipping them alone.  And, you have the peace of mind knowing that your baby is safely tucked away at your feet and not flying alone in a cargo area.

If you decide you need your kitten shipped, please keep in mind shipping a kitten involves a great deal of time and preparation.  All shipping charges must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to your kitten being shipped and generally run about $300-$350.  This covers all expenses involved with shipping including the airline ticket fee, your kitten's health certificate, and an airline approved pet carrier with baby blanket.

A kitten care package will be mailed to you prior to your kitten arriving.  Included in your care package will be a sample of food that your kitten has been eating, treats, toys, a kitten care sheet designed for your kitten, a copy of the kitten contract and parent PKD negative certification.

Your kitten will arrive freshly bathed with his or her nails trimmed.  In your kitten's carrier, underneath it's bedding, will be his/her medical records and his/her picture CD. Also in it's carrier will be a baby blanket with familiar smells on it to help keep your baby comfortable on his/her journey.

We do ask that you schedule an appointment with your veterinarian within three days of the kitten's arrival for a wellness exam.  This will put your mind at ease and you will know that your kitten is healthy and give you peace of mind. 

After your kittens arrival, we ask that you please let us know he or she has arrived safely. We also greatly encourage you to follow up with a phone call or an email to us within the next 24 hours to let us know how your kitten is adjusting to his or her new home and your feelings regarding your new kitten.  We are happy to answer any questions you might have about your new bundle of love!  We understand this is an exciting time for you, but please do not forget that we also love that kitten.  Nothing is more rewarding than hearing that a good connection has been made between a kitten and their new owner.
